The qualification is not always required to be a babysitter, however, depends on the guardian or the way of you provide the service, you may be required a qualification or business license. Please check the updated information from an appropriate organization.

Q. How can I improve my profile ranking on the Sitter Search result list?
The Sitters on Search result list is ranked in order of the profile Last Update date. Always keeping your profile up-to-date and updating your Self-Introduction Message frequently would improve your profile ranking.

Q. How do I change my registered email address?
Please go to "Change Your Login Info" on your profile control page after login.

Q. How can I receive the forwarded emails from MyBestSitter.com at a different email address?
The email address for receiving the forwarded emails is the same as you use for registration. Please go to "Change Your Login Info" on your profile control page after login.

Q. Do I have to use an identifying photograph as the profile image?
No, the profile images should not be a photograph of your face. Use anything you like, which does not someone's legal right. *Disclose a photograph of your face could cause a trouble. You may deside at your own risk.

Q. How do you display the neighborhood map on my profile?
This map is displayed by using the Google Map function calculateｄ from the postal code on your profile. To prevent your actual home address being disclosed, the map is zoomed out to some certain area.

Q. How can I change the neighborhood map on my profile?
This map is displayed by using the Google Map function calculate from the Postal codes on your profile. To update your location, you have to update your address information on your profile. To keep the map enclosed, you can select "Invisible" on edit profile page after login.

Q. How can I resign the membership and delete all of my profile?

Q. Is it ok to display my phone number on my profile?
This service is a public area and you are responsible for all information you provide on the site. We recommend not to disclose your personal information such as phone number if it is not a public number.
